Should I leave or stay home for the inspection?
It is generally recommended that the sellers (you) not be present for the inspection. It helps limit any conflicts of interest and allows the inspector to get a thorough inspection completed in a timely manor. Now if you are not able to leave then we understand and can work around you at home.
